• We ask our guests to abide by certain rules, many of which are requirements of the El Dorado County vacation rental home laws (like the 'no parties' rule, quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day, trash and parking requirements). 
• Our Check-Out instructions help our guests prepare for check-out and also keep our overall cleaning costs lower than similar property.
